AudioIQ™ Tuning Is Not Running

If you’re running AI AutoDeploy™ and AudioIQ™ tuning doesn’t start, it’s usually due to that the devices you've selected isn't supported. Check the following in order.

1. Check Speaker Support

  • AudioIQ™ only works with Pleneo speakers (Sonia and RoomDesign)

  • If you’re an analog amp or non-Pleneo speakers, AudioIQ™ will be skipped

2. Check Microphone Support

  • Not all microphones supported by AI AutoDeploy™ support AudioIQ™

  • Example: Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) does not support AudioIQ™

AudioIQ™ requires microphones that have been fully profiled for performance measurement.

What This Means

  • AI AutoDeploy™ can still configure and set the room up automatically.

  • AudioIQ™ automatic room tuning and reports won’t run unless both the speakers and microphone support AudioIQ™

Result

Once compatible Pleneo speakers and supported microphones are selected, AudioIQ™ tuning will run automatically during AI AutoDeploy™.
