Once devices are connected, RoomHub detects microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and PTZ cameras. You choose which devices to use, and AI AutoDeploy takes care of the rest.

The result is a fully configured, working room in minutes.

When AI AutoDeploy™ starts, RoomHub automatically discovers everything connected to the system.

It:

• Finds all connected AV devices

• Tests basic connectivity

• Verifies full functionality with system checks

Once devices are confirmed, AI AutoDeploy:

• Sets up correct internal signal routing

• Creates all required Dante subscriptions automatically

• Configures control logic so the system behaves correctly

This ensures audio flow and system control are ready before tuning begins.

Audio tuning is handled by AudioIQ, Pleneo’s AI-driven calibration engine.

RoomHub:

• Plays reference audio through the speakers

• Measures the room using ceiling microphones

• Analyzes reverberation, ambient noise, and reflections

Using reference data from Pleneo-tested microphones and speakers, AudioIQ™ automatically:

• Adjusts gain levels

• Applies equalization

The outcome is clear, natural, and intelligible speech, tuned specifically for the room.

AI AutoDeploy works with:

• Pleneo-certified microphones

If you use third-party speakers or custom Dante microphones, AI AutoDeploy is not available. In these cases, setup must be completed manually using Advanced Mode.
