RoomHub is built for high-quality AV performance with minimal setup.

Pleneo-certified microphones, speakers, and PTZ cameras work seamlessly with AI AutoDeploy™, which automatically detects, tests, tunes, and optimizes the room. The result is consistent, reliable performance with almost no manual work.

RoomHub also supports open Dante™ connectivity. This allows you to integrate third-party microphones, speakers, amplifiers, or DSPs when flexibility is required.

Using Third-Party Devices

RoomHub can connect to any Dante-enabled device.

However, devices that are not Pleneo-certified are not acoustically profiled in Pleneo’s lab. Because of this, AI AutoDeploy™ is disabled when uncertified hardware is used.

In these cases:

  • Setup is done manually

  • Configuration happens through the RoomHub web interface and Dante Controller

  • You gain flexibility, with more hands-on control

Manual Audio Configuration

When using third-party devices, setup follows a clear manual process.

Identify Inputs

  • Define each Dante input in RoomHub

  • Select Microphone inputs to enable:

    • AEC

    • AI NoiseSense™

    • ML Deverb

    • IQ Voice Enhancement

    • Parametric EQ

  • Line, USB, and Bluetooth inputs use lighter profiles for media playback

Route Signals

  • Use Dante Controller to manually map inputs and outputs between devices

Matrix Mixer

  • Adjust routing and gain in RoomHub’s built-in Matrix Mixer

  • Each input/output point has independent level control

Tune the Room

  • Manually adjust sound using the Parametric Multi-Band EQ

  • This mirrors AutoDeploy’s tuning approach, without automatic correction curves

Control and Integration

Pleneo-certified devices communicate directly with RoomHub during AI AutoDeploy™.

This enables automatic syncing of:

  • Mute states and LED indicators

  • Diagnostics and system health data

  • PTZ camera control and tracking

Everything works as one system, without manual setup or ongoing adjustment.
