Once peripherals are connected:

• Connect RoomHub to a PoE-enabled network switch

RoomHub supports two deployment approaches.
Choose the one that fits your environment and IT requirements.

Local deployment uses RoomHub’s built-in web interface and runs entirely on-site.

It’s ideal for secure, air-gapped, or offline environments.

• Enter the IP address in a web browser

• Press Deploy Room

• Add microphones, speakers, cameras, and amplifiers

• If multiple identical devices are present, assign the correct ones

Test devices

• RoomHub automatically detects and validates each device

Tune the room

• Run AI AutoDeploy or manual tuning

• Keep the room quiet during this step

Prepare PTZ cameras

• Cameras are automatically prepared for camera tracking setup

This delivers a fully configured, tuned room, completely offline.

For cloud-connected environments, Zero Touch Cloud Deployment automates the entire setup.

• Connect RoomHub to a PoE port with internet access

• RoomHub retrieves its configuration from Pleneo Cloud

• Devices are discovered, validated, and tuned automatically
